AKRON, Ohio — Two men and an Akron-based junk-removal company have been indicted following an investigation into alleged illegal dumping activities on properties, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced Friday.
According to a release from Yost’s office, a Summit County grand jury indicted DeShawn Dixon, 47, of Akron; Zachary Dupert, 34, of Akron and Dupert’s business, SOS Junk Removal.
