SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – A man accused in a road rage shooting in Cuyahoga Falls last November, has a plea hearing in Summit County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday.
Kamar Marshall Parham, of Akron, was indicted on three counts of felonious assault and one count of tampering with evidence.
