Three properties sold for more than $800,000 in Jackson Township, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Two were residential properties — one on S Island Drive NW sold for $923,000 and one on Bertram Avenue NW sold for $868,000. A commercial property at 6845 Whipple Ave. NW, formerly Royal Family Motors, was purchased by Rev Auto LLC for $860,000.
The real estate transfers cover May 16 to May 22.
