STARK COUNTY — Roughly 3,000 people in Stark County are without power as of 12:30 p.m. Saturday, with the cause of the outage under investigation.
According to Alliance Police Department dispatch, a transformer had blown earlier Saturday in the area, but by the afternoon, the issue had been resolved.
