MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – A former Cleveland police officer convicted in connection with an incident at a Medina bar with a man he thought was in the country illegally, was sentenced Monday to 180 days in prison, minus the 82 days he already served.
Donald Kopchak had a jury trial in March and was found guilty of two counts of abduction, one count of assault, and one count of ethnic intimidation.
