Airbnb, property owner face new lawsuit after Bath Township mass shooting

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Two people whose lives were permanently changed by a mass shooting in Bath Township last year have filed suit.

The lawsuit was filed on Monday in Summit County Court of Common Pleas by Alicia Wells, whose son Elijah Wells died in the shooting, and Reginald Hart, who was shot multiple times during the Nov. 2 incident.

The plaintiffs, represented by attorney Peter Pattakos, name Airbnb, property owner Shauna Gardner, two unnamed party organizers and three people facing criminal charges as defendants in the suit…
