BEACHWOOD, Ohio — The city of Beachwood, which has long been attempting to improve traffic flow at the busy Chagrin Boulevard-Richmond Road intersection, has announced a traffic pattern change.
Beginning sometime the week of June 22, drivers traveling south on Richmond Road, as they approach Chagrin Boulevard, will notice a new lane configuration that is designed to improve safety at the intersection.
