AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – The man accused of killing a mother and her 12-year-old son in March is set to face a judge on Monday afternoon.
According to a release from the prosecutor’s office, Brandon Casto, 29, of Akron, was indicted by a Summit County Grand Jury back in June, and the jury also chose to indict him with a death penalty specification.
He is set to be arraigned in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas at 1 p.m…
