BOARDMAN OH- Tallmadge came out swinging and never looked back Monday, rolling to a 17-3 win over Hamilton in a game that was all Tallmadge from the jump.
Tallmadge wasted no time putting pressure on the defense in the opening frame. An error and a Zhaila Smith RBI groundout spotted them a quick 2-0 lead, and the offense just kept piling it on.
The bats and patience at the plate took over in the second. Tallmadge pushed five more runs across despite collecting just one hit in the inning.
