Boom’s Pizza, two years after opening its Van Aken location, is set to start serving pizza in downtown Solon.
The original Lakewood location opened in 2023, and Boom’s soon after expanded to Van Aken District in Shaker Heights in 2024. On June 15, Boom’s also began serving slices in the Van Aken Market Hall to provide a quicker, easier option to try their pizza in addition to their sit-down restaurant.
Prior to the slice stand’s opening day, the franchise also announced that it will be coming to Solon. The restaurant will fill the vacant space at 6130 Kruse Drive that was formerly home to Mega Barre Solon. A sign now covers the building’s window that reads “opening soon” with a QR code to learn more about employment opportunities…
