A new subdivision that eventually will have 116 townhomes will begin construction soon in Streetsboro.
Streetsboro City Council recently approved a construction agreement for the first phase of The Villas at Boulder Creek. The first phase of the development will have 60 single-family townhomes, said John Cieszkowski, the city’s planning and zoning director.
The development will be located east of the Fairways at Boulder Creek condos and south of the single-family Boulder Creek subdivision, south of Frost Road and east of Page Road. It will connect the two developments, Cieszkowski said…
