HINCKLEY, Ohio (WOIO) – Two people in Michigan have died in connection with a cyclospora outbreak, marking the first confirmed deaths in the United States linked to the parasite.
Health officials have identified lettuce from Mexico served at Taco Bell locations in nine states as a source of the outbreak.
