Three properties in Jackson Township have sold for over $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
A more than 4,000-square-foot house along Province Street NW was the highest-value sale at $1.49 million. Everhard Village Plaza, a retail center at 4930 Everhard Road NW, was purchased by Everhard Munson LLC for $1.3 million. A residential property on Roman Avenue NW also sold for $1.22 million.
The transfers cover July 11 to July 17.
