Every August, the small town of Twinsburg, Ohio transforms into the world’s largest annual gathering of twins and multiples. Over 2,000 sets of twins, triplets, and quadruplets descend upon this northeast Ohio community, filling hotels and taking over parks for three days of celebration.

Twinsburg owes its existence to identical twins Aaron and Moses Wilcox, who migrated from Connecticut to Ohio in the early 1800s.
