CLEVELAND, Ohio — Overnight thunderstorms brought heavy rain to some areas of Northeast Ohio and flooding could be an issue today as more rain is expected.
The National Weather Service said 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen since Sunday on a large portion of northern Ohio, with some areas receiving even more. Another 1 to 2 inches could fall today as storms again are expected.
