More than 20 years after painting seven murals depicting scenes from Minerva’s past, Canton artist Patrick G. Buckohr returns to the Haas Museum, to bring his original work back to life.
Buckohr originally painted the murals on the side of the Minerva Historical Society’s Haas Museum in 2005. More than two decades of exposure to the elements have faded the paint and worn portions of the masonry, leading the Historical Society to bring the original artist back for the restoration.
What began as a touch-up has turned into considerably more work…
