STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – An unidentified male was detained in Perry Township today following a pursuit that initiated in Massillon, according to a press release.
Around 9 a.m. Friday, a Perry Township Police Officer noticed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Buckwalter Drive SW & Rowford Avenue SW. From Perry Township, it was found that the vehicle was involved in a pursuit with the Massillon Police Department that started in their jurisdiction.
Perry Township police says they stopped the vehicle, and detained the male until Massillon Police Department arrived and assumed custody. Massillon Police is the primary investigating agency handling the arrest and any charges…
