Multiple properties in western Stark County sold for more than $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Son Shine Farm LLC, which has a North Lawrence address, purchased an industrial property on Deerfield Avenue NW from Hillandale Farms Ohio East LLC for $2.65 million. The 95-acre property includes a food processing plant, poultry houses, barns and other agricultural outbuildings.
