Portage County man sentenced for secretly photographing teenage stepdaughter

Portage county man Richard Rowry was sentenced to an indefinite prison term of four-to-six years for a second-degree felony related to him secretly photographing his teenage stepdaughter inside their home.

According to prosecutors, images of the teenager were discovered after the victim’s mother found them on Rowry’s phone and reported the incident to law enforcement. After the report, the Sheriff’s office began an investigation.
