MASSILLON, Ohio – They say if you love what you do you won’t work a day in your life. And David Ambrose is hoping to achieve that by merging two of his passions.
“I’ve always had a passion for art, I’ve always had a passion for brewing, and I just decided to combine the two,” said Ambrose, a 49-year-old Kenmore High School graduate.
Ambrose’s in-the-works brewery is called OokaBrew, which will be located at 120 6th St. NE, Massillon. He said it’s optimistic to be open by October, but a more realistic target opening probably would be January…
