CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Frost Advisory and Freeze Warning that affected portions of northern Ohio expired Sunday morning, as weather conditions began shifting across the region, according to the National Weather Service.
The alerts had been in place through 9 a.m. Sunday for parts of north-central and northeast Ohio, with officials urging residents to protect sensitive plants and vegetation from cold temperatures.
