CLEVELAND — Aniyah Blair, a 22-year-old Maple Heights woman, has been indicted by a Cuyahoga County grand jury for her alleged role in the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian last month in Cleveland.
According to court documents, Blair was indicted last week on the following felony charges:
- One count of aggravated vehicular homicide
- Two counts of failure to stop after an accident
- One count of tampering with evidence
Blair is scheduled to be arraigned in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on May 12.
