Search reveals Stockport man had narcotics in quantity, ghost gun

STOCKPORT, NY (WRGB) — A warrant search in Columbia County netted one arrest, and recovered sales-quantity narcotics, a ghost gun, and more.

On May 28th, 2026 members of the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit, along with members of the Criminal Investigative Branch and Uniformed Deputies, executed a search warrant at an apartment located on Atlantic Avenue in the Town of Stockport. The warrant was issued out of Columbia County Court, relative to an extensive narcotics investigation. As a result of the search approximately 4 grams of crack cocaine, 11 grams of Fentanyl, over $11,000.00 in US Currency, a Glock 9mm Ghost Gun and two large capacity ammunition feeding devices were recovered.

Naseer Morgan, 29, was arrested on May 28th, 2026 and charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (Narcotic Drug Intent to Sell), B felony, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug in the 4th degree, C felony, one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree (Possession of a Ghost Gun), C felony and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree (Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device), D felony. Naseer Morgan was arraigned in front of Judge Carey of the Town of Stockport Court and held on $50,000 cash bail, $75,000 secured appearance bond or $125,000 partially secured appearance bond.
