Bethlehem woman flings piggy bank, wounds victim

GREENFIELD — A woman hurled a piggy bank, leaving her target with a head injury despite a court order that forbade the assailant from having any contact with the person, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

The 32-year-old Bethlehem woman was charged with felony assault and other offenses for allegedly leaving the victim with a head injury after she tossed the ceramic keepsake early Sunday.

Deputies were called to a home on  Annacrest Drive at about 1 a.m. Sunday…
