BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (WNYT)- Saratoga County residents can now sign up for free emergency alerts by voice, text or email, according to Sheriff Jeffrey R. Brown.
Brown announced the notification program and said people can get alerts about severe weather and other emergencies. The service is provided by Saratoga County at no cost.
“This program allows Saratoga County residents to know what is happening around them and is a fantastic tool to supplement one’s safety. I hope that citizens will consider adding this service to their daily routines,” Brown said…
