An Air Force administrative specialist, who survived the Tet Offensive and more than a dozen other mortar and rocket attacks, has been inducted into the state Senate Veterans Hall of Fame during a ceremony in May at the state Capitol.
Eugene Loparco, of Colonie, was selected for induction based on his military and community service, according to Sen. Jacob Ashby.
