AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A new restaurant is opening in the Amsterdam Clock Tower at 37 Prospect Street. The Clockyard is set to open this summer.

The Clockyard is owned by Brett Butler and Holly DeCrescenzo. Butler previously owned Italian Oven in Fonda for three years until it closed in 2019. Butler and DeCrescenzo also own Stoned Wraps, which specializes in gemstones.
As for the space in the Clock Tower, Butler said it just needs some minor painting and they’ll be adding some plants, but overall keeping the aesthetic of the factory. There will be seating in the indoor courtyard and loading dock.

The Clockyard menu features Clockyard Logs, which are egg rolls stuffed with meat or dessert fillings. Also on the menu are burgers, mac & cheese, salads, sandwiches and more. Butler said mostly everything on the menu will be able to be made gluten-free.
As for alcohol, that can be purchased from Second Act Distillery, which is also located in the Amsterdam Clock Tower. Butler said the distillery will have a few unique drinks that match with the restaurant and guests can order from their table.
