MOREAU, N.Y. (WNYT) — Investigators said a woman already accused of pouring hot coffee on her dog violated a court order against having pets.
Vanessa French was arrested late last month on a charge of aggravated cruelty to animals. She was charged again Tuesday with criminal contempt, accused of having pets while her case moves forward.
