DUANESBURG — Patrick Loucks says Hillcrest Villas is the worst mobile home park he has ever lived in.
Loucks and his wife moved into the park around Aug. 15. Two days later, Schenectady County Public Health Services issued an advisory telling residents they faced the possibility of ingesting dangerous bacteria if they didn’t first boil tap water to potentially kill microbes.
Two hundred and ninety-nine days later, Loucks and his neighbors are still living under the advisory, urging them to boil their water before drinking it or using it to make meals…
