BALLSTON SPA, NY (WNYT) – Chad Nichols is already serving prison time after pleading guilty in Albany County Court back in December 2024 to defrauding a Guilderland homeowner of $84,000. Monday afternoon, Nichols pleaded guilty to grand larceny charges in Saratoga County Court.
