ALBANY — As voters head to the polls to vote in party primaries Tuesday, the Albany County Board of Elections has changed the locations of dozens of polling places.
It was unclear why the county changed the locations, but the move is likely to impact thousands of voters. The board of elections last posted an update on the list minutes after the polls opened at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
