ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – Albany Police are investigating after a 71-year-old man was stabbed during an attempted robbery, according to a police press release.
Albany Police said officers responded Thursday, July 23, around 12:44 p.m. to the Albany Fire Department’s South End Firehouse at 289 South Pearl Street for a reported walk-in stabbing. Police said officers found the man with cuts to his arm and face.
Police said the victim was treated at the scene by the Albany Fire Department and emergency medical personnel before being taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital. His injuries were non-life threatening, according to police…
