GUILDERLAND — The board of the Guilderland Industrial Development Agency this week heard an hour of public comment on a request from the Inns of Altamont for about $3 million in tax breaks for the planned hotel, spa, and wedding venue just outside the village.
Board members were then told by their chief executive on July 28 that he could not confirm the project had the town approvals the agency would require before it votes.
