ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- An Albany man was convicted after prosecutors said he was illegally 3D printing guns and stockpiling weapons in his home.
Demetrio Daga, 44, was found guilty after a seven-day jury trial on all 15 counts in a grand jury indictment. The charges included one count of first-degree criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and nine counts of criminal possession of a firearm, according to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
