ALBANY, NY — State Police, with the assistance of the Albany Police Department, Menands Police Department, Guilderland Police Department, and Albany County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Davia D. Morrison, 33, of Albany, on Aug. 28, 2026.
Morrison was charged with three counts of criminal mischief 2nd, a class D felony; criminal mischief 3rd, a class E felony; five counts of criminal possession of a weapon 4th, a class A misdemeanor; five counts of reckless endangerment 2nd, a class A misdemeanor; five counts of menacing 2nd, a class A misdemeanor; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; criminal mischief 4th, a class A misdemeanor; and numerous vehicle and traffic law violations.
