On Friday night I was out in Albany at Lost and Found. That place alone is a great way to spend a Friday night, but they had the folks at LA Dawgz set up cooking up not just hot dogs, but tacos as well. The excitement that I had when I saw them and smelled the bacon wrapped hot dog was unreal.
These are fusion of Southern California and Mexican styles and they are fantastic. I personally grabbed the LA Dawg which consisted of a bacon wrapped all beef hot dog, mustard, ketchup, mayo, and fajita style peppers on top. It was a 10 out of 10 and hit the spot.
I have not had this Mexican style hot dog since I was in Downtown San Antonio, Texas and it was such an amazing find. I’ll now need to make sure I am eating their food more often when I am out around Albany.

The easy thing to say is they are all over the place. That’s because it’s true. They set up in different places all over the Albany area.
