Three Capital Region teens have been arrested for flare gun incidents in recent days, Albany police said Monday, Aug. 31.
Two 14-year-old boys — one from Albany and one from Troy — fired flare guns at a CDTA bus near Broadway and Pleasant Street in Albany on Thursday, Aug. 13, the Albany Police Department said.
The teens started a fire in front of the bus, then one entered the vehicle and fired his flare gun toward passengers, authorities said. Later that day, the Albany teen shot a flare gun multiple times inside an apartment building lobby at 400 Central Avenue, investigators said…
