VOORHEESVILLE, N.Y. (WNYT)- An Altamont man faces a forcible touching charge after the Albany County Sheriff said a woman reported being groped at a Voorheesville gas station.
Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple said deputies responded Sept. 2 to the Mobil gas station in the Village of Voorheesville after a woman said she was inappropriately touched by a store clerk.
According to the sheriff, deputies found that Mobil employee Shaileshkumar Patel tried to kiss the woman and groped her breast while she was trying to make a purchase inside the store…
