GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Stuyvesant Plaza hosted the grand opening for a new mattress retailer on Wednesday. Officials with the open-air shopping center celebrated the opening of Tempur-Pedic.

Located next to Chipotle Mexican Grill near Anthropology, Tempur-Pedic now offers premium mattresses, pillows, and more to Capital District shoppers. The store’s hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m, to 8 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Tempur-Pedic is one of several new stores that have opened in Stuyvesant Plaza in 2026. Other stores and restaurants that have opened in the shopping center this year include Shake Shack, as well as others that have yet to open, like Abercrombie & Fitch, Madewell, Bar Calvin, and more.
