In series of lawsuits, property owners look to slash Guilderland tax bills

GUILDERLAND — The flood has become a trickle — but it’s the drip, drip, drip that worries town and school officials.

In 2019, Guilderland revalued all its properties; it was the first townwide reassessment since 2005.
