A man with a history of gun trafficking who was busted with several weapons in the Capital Region is headed back to prison.
Robert F. Bacon, 40, was sentenced Friday, Sept. 4 to 13 years in New York state prison, the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s office said. He’ll also spend five years on probation after his release.
