ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — A man from Halfmoon was arrested on Saturday for reckless driving in the City of Albany.
The Albany County Sheriff’s Office says members of the Sheriff’s Community Oriented Policing Effort (SCOPE) arrested 33-year-old Manuel Tejada after a reckless driving incident on Hudson Avenue in Albany.
