CLIFTON PARK, NY (WRGB) — A minor is facing felony charges in Saratoga County, accused of striking a person aged 65 or older.
The Sheriff’s Office responded to an assault call on Aug. 23, 2026, in the town of Clifton Park. Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest of a minor for assault in the 2nd degree (class D felony).
The minor is accused of intentionally causing physical injury to a person who was 65 years of age or older while they were more than 10 years younger than the victim.
