Albany County trust claims $5M-winning scratch-off ticket

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A top prize-winning ticket from the New York Lottery’s (NYL) “200Xtra” scratch-off game was claimed in Albany County, the NYL announced on Friday. The ticket is worth $5 million.

The winning ticket was claimed by the Minnetoya Revocable Trust registered in Green Island. The trust chose to receive their winnings in 20 scheduled payments of $162,756 each, totaling $3,255,120 after all necessary withholdings.

The ticket was sold at the Stewart’s Shops located at 100 Northern Drive in Troy. According to the NYL, two top prizes remain unclaimed in the current “200Xtra” game. Players can check their tickets on the New York Lottery website.
