ALBANY – An Ellenville man and a Kingston man have been arrested by the FBI as part of Operation Tidal Wave 2.0. A total of six men were arrested – three from Albany, one from Tompkins County, and two from the Hudson Valley.
Henry Veras, 45, of Ellenville, was charged by complaint with distribution of crack cocaine and for selling more than 28 grams of the drug to another person.
He was released to home detention and electronic monitoring. If convicted, the charge carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison, a fine of up to $5 million, and up to three years of supervised release…
