Stewart’s Shops Debuts New Ice Cream Flavors for Summer 2026

Five new profiles and two returning favorites will be available for a limited time.

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — Stewart’s Shops is serving up seven new limited-time seasonal flavors for the summer. The lineup includes two returning fan-favorites plus five brand-new flavors.

Each ice cream flavor is crafted Stewart’s award-winning milk plus other quality ingredients at the convenience store chain’s upstate New York plant, delivering the quality and flavor that fans expect from Stewart’s, the company said.

The five flavors debuting include:

  • Philly Espresso Ice Cream — The operator kicked its classic Philly Vanilla up a notch with a rich espresso swirl and espresso chocolate flakes for a smooth, not overly sweet flavor.
  • After Dinner Mint Ice Cream — A mint lover’s dream, this flavor features refreshing peppermint ice cream with a thick fudge swirl and chocolate mint pieces, making it the perfect after-dinner dessert.
  • Peanut Butter Brownie Bonanza Ice Cream — This indulgent flavor is designed for peanut butter lovers, combining chocolate butter fudge ice cream, a peanut butter swirl and baked brownie pieces.
  • Caramel Cookie Dough Ice Cream — Made with vanilla ice cream, a salted caramel swirl and packed with cookie dough pieces, this salty treat will sweeten anyone’s day, especially cookie dough fans. This flavor will be available at Stewart’s ice cream counters on March 30.
  • Sunshine Swirl Ice Cream — This flavor combines classic vanilla ice cream with bright orange sherbet swirls, making it light, refreshing and perfect for warm, sunny days. This flavor will be available starting April 20.

Stewart’s is also bringing back Dirt Cake Ice Cream, a nostalgic favorite featuring vanilla pudding flavored ice cream with Stewart’s iconic cookie crumb swirl plus rich brownie pieces, along side Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream, made with vanilla pudding flavored ice cream, a strawberry swirl and strawberry shortcake crumble.
