POTSDAM, N.Y. (WNYT) – Potsdam Police tell NewsChannel 13 the victim in a fatal hit-and-run in Potsdam is from the Capital Region.
Around 3:37 a.m. on May 16, Potsdam Police responded to the area of Pierrepont Avenue for reports of a pedestrian that was hit by a vehicle.
