A fast-growing restaurant chain is planning to open yet another location in Upstate New York.
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers has proposed building a new restaurant in Colonie, a suburb of Albany in the Capital Region, according to a planning board meeting agenda posted recently on the town of Colonie’s website.
