RENSSELAER, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A fire broke out at a home on Plaza Avenue in Rensselaer on Tuesday evening. The Clinton Heights Fire Department said no one was injured.

Officials said it happened at about 6:45 p.m. and crews were able to bring it under control in about five minutes.
“Most of the fire was on the outside. But when we got here, we had some fire inside. We had a lot of help from out mutual aid departments that we routinely call for fires. So everything worked out very well,” said Seth Tracey, of the Clinton Heights Fire Department.
