Albany, NY (WRGB) — Two men were taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries after a stabbing tied to a large fight Wednesday night near South Pearl Street and Morton Avenue.
A 43-year-old man walked into AFD Engine 5 quarters with a minor cut to his arm. Around the same time, a 39-year-old man walked into the South Station lobby with a puncture wound to his abdomen. Both were treated and transported to Albany Medical Center.
Investigators determined the incident happened in the area of South Pearl Street and Morton Avenue around 11 p.m. A preliminary investigation found that a large fight broke out and a man involved in the fight pulled out a knife, leading to the two men being stabbed…
